Fill out the Member Registration form
Please download and fill out the form, or you can also register online.

Have your documents ready
Please bring the necessary documents (personal identification documents and My Number documents) to the store window. You can also submit online using our e-KYC app.

Issuance of Member Number (Membership card)
Member number will be issued when we complete your member registration. Also, if necessary, we will send you a membership card by post in a week.
